摘    要:以Fe(acac)3-Al(i-Bu)3(acac表示乙酰丙酮)催化体系催化丙烯腈(AN)与甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)聚合,考察了聚合规律,用红外光谱和差热分析研究了共聚物结构,凝胶渗透色谱研究了共聚物分子量及其分布。动力学实验表明聚合对单体浓度呈一级反应,表观活化能为46.1 kJ/mol。

Abstract:The copolymerization of acrylonitrile and butyl methacrylate by Fe(acac)_3-Al(i-Bu)_3 catalyst and the structure of the copolymer were presented.Copolymerization were carried out under nitrogen atmosphere using syringe technology.Copolymer was characterized by IR and DTA.Copolymerization could be performed in solvents such as aromatic hydrocarbon and alkane.The yield was the highest in THF.Molecular weight distribution and molecular weight of copolymer were changed with the change of acrylonitrile/butyl methacrylate molar ratio.The suitable Al/Fe molar ratio was 10.The kinetic studies indicated that copolymerization was approximately first order with respect to(monomer) concentration.The apparent activation energy of copolymerization was 46.1 kJ/mol.
