粉石英煅烧增白工艺技术研究

摘    要:采用我国浏阳粉石英矿为原料,通过煅烧试验,考察了增白剂用量、煅烧温度、煅烧时间、原矿粒度等因素对粉石英白度的影响,放大试验获得粉石英产品的白度均大于90%.

Abstract:Taking tripoli from Liuyang in Hu'nan province as a sample,the experiments of calcination were carried out.The factors which affected the whiteness of tripoli were studied,such as the amount of brightening agent,calcining heat,calcining time,the particle size of raw tripoli and so on.The whiteness of tripoli product was more than 90% in the pilot test.
