低温液体泵用高温超导磁悬浮轴承的性能研究

摘    要:低温液体泵中的机械轴承由于其使用的固体润滑剂本身寿命有限,导致磨损加快,使用寿命只有5 000 h左右.高温超导磁悬浮轴承的工作温度为低温液体,因不存在磨损,其使用寿命超过20年.综述了目前国内外在此领域的研究现状,探讨了该项技术的研究内容和难点,阐述了预期应用前景.

Abstract:The mechanical bearing of cryogenic liquid pump only has 5000-hour service life because the service life of its solid lubricants is limited and the bearing wears out rapidly.Meanwhile,the operating temperature of the high-temperature superconducting magnetic bearing(SMB) is the same as the temperature of cryogenic liquid.Without any wear,the service life of SMB reaches more than twenty years.The current research and development situation of SMB at home and abroad was introduced.The key technical issues and ...
