| 摘 要： | 将甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、甲基丙烯酸十二醇酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷在阳/非离子复合乳化剂和引发剂过硫酸铵的作用下进行乳液聚合,制得了硅烷化氟代聚丙烯酸酯乳液(FLHDV)。用FTIR、SEM、XPS和接触角测定仪分别对FLHDV的结构、成膜形态、膜表面的化学元素组成和疏水性进行了表征。表征结果显示,FLHDV具有良好的成膜性,硅氧烷的加入能增大FLHDV的交联度及其在涤纶纤维表面的结合牢度,赋予了涤纶织物优异的疏水性,使其由亲水性织物转变为高疏水性织物,与水的接触角可达到142.5°。
