| Abstract: | In order to search for the better biological activity complex,four kinds of transition metal complexes with 4-acyl pyrazolone were synthesized by the refluxing reaction in 1,4-dioxane with using 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone and benzoyl chloride as starting materials.The structure of complexes was characterized by elemental analysis,IR,DTA-TG,UV etc.The general formula of the complexes were confirmed to be Cu(L)2,Zn(L)2,Ni(L)2,Mn(L)2;meanwhile the two kinds of bacteria and four kinds of fungi were tested a... |
