复合压裂不同粒径支撑剂组合长期导流能力实验研究

摘    要:为了优选复合压裂时不同粒径支撑剂的比例,文章运用FCES-100长期裂缝导流仪,对不同粒径支撑剂及其组合的导流能力进行测试,掌握了支撑剂的导流能力随闭合压力的变化规律并找到了不同支撑剂组合的最佳比例,研究结果对现场复合压裂施工设计具有重要的指导意义。实验结果表明,每种支撑剂及不同支撑剂组合的导流能力随闭合压力的增加都有很大程度的下降,在低闭合压力时每种支撑剂及其组合的导流能力差别较大,当闭合压力增高后其差距变小;10/20目、20/40目和30/60目3种支撑剂组合时其比例为1∶3∶1时导流能力最大,20/40目、30/60目和100目3种支撑剂组合的导流能力要明显的小于10/20目、20/40目和30/60目3种支撑剂组合时的导流能力。

Abstract:In order to optimize the proportion of different grain size proppants in complex fracturing, the conductivities of various proppants and their combinations were tested by applying FCES-100 device, thus grasping the law of proppant’s conductivity change with closure pressure and finding out the optimal proportion of different grain size proppants. The experimental results indicated that the conductivities of various proppants and their combinations were decreased to a large extent along with the increase in closure pressure and were greatly different from each other at low closure pressure, the difference being shortened along with the increase in closure pressure; and, when the combination ratio of the three proppants, i.e. 10/20 mesh∶20/40 mesh∶30/60 mesh, was 1∶3∶1, the conductivity was the greatest, and the conductivity of the combination of the three proppants of 20/40 mesh,  30/60 mesh and 100 mesh was obviously less than that of 10/20 mesh, 20/40 mesh and 30/60 mesh.
