| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO后,房地产业有机遇也有挑战。它给我国房地产业带来房地产市场的繁荣,促进我国房地产设计水平的提高等5个方面的有利影响,同时也会对我国房地产业带来巨大的市场冲击,造成一些企业的破产倒闭。我国房地产业应对WTO,应寻求相应的对策。

| Abstract: | After China's entry into the WTO, the real estate industry is faced with both opportunities and challenges. It has five influences on China's real estate industry including bringing prosperity to real estate market and promoting the design level of China' real estate industry. In the meantime, it will also bring great impact on China's real estate market and lead to the failure of some enterprises. Therefore, proper countermeasures must be made. |
