连铸二冷配水对纵裂纹漏钢产生的影响

摘    要:研究了连铸二冷配水对纵裂纹漏钢产生的影响。研究结果表明,二冷配水的不均匀冷却是引起纵裂纹漏钢的主要原因。因此二冷配水应均匀冷却,以杜绝因冷却不均匀而产生的纵裂纹漏钢,在经过技术攻关对其工艺调整后,河北纵横钢铁在近几年的生产实践中再未出现过纵裂纹漏钢现象,纵裂纹漏钢得到有效控制。

Abstract:This paper studies effects of continuous secondary water distribution to the longitudinal crack.The results show that uneven cooling of secondary water distribution is the main cause of steel leakage.It should be forbidden for uneven cooling of secondary water distribution. Therefore,longitudinal crack of steel leakage will not appear. In recent years after technical research and process adjustment, the production practice has not appeared the steel leakage longitudinal crack, and longitudinal crack is under control.
