| 摘 要： | 对宁钢1号高炉长寿管理工作进行了总结。在生产实践中,通过建立高炉长寿管理体系,加强操业和作业管理,强化炉体维护,高炉长寿管理由被动防守变为主动预防,实现了在不控制冶炼强度、不加钛矿等护炉剂的情况下,侧壁温度安全受控的目标。

| Abstract: | It is summarized that the management for Ningbo Steel 1# blast furnace to prolong its service life. Through the establishment of blast furnace manage system, the operation and the casthouse work is improved, and the maintenance for blast furnace side wall is enhanced. With the measures used for prolonging blast furnace＇s service life, the management is changed from passive defense into positive protection. And the hearth＇s side wall temperature is under the control in the safe range without controlling smelting intensity and adding titanium-bearing ore. |
