白云石制备超细碳酸钙的研究

摘    要:利用碳化法对白云石经煅烧、消化、碳化制得超细CaCO3 粉体 ;利用络合滴定和原子吸收分光光度法测定各组分的含量 ;通过激光粒度分布测试仪、扫描电镜以及高倍偏反光显微镜对粉体的粒度和形态进行分析 ,选择了最佳的反应温度、碳化时间及消化碳化的pH值 ,得到均匀的超细CaCO3 粉体颗粒 ,其各项指标均符合要求。

Abstract:This paper reports a new method for preparation sup er fine CaCO 3 powders by using dolomite by way of calcinations, digest and carbon ization. Discusses the factors such as reaction temperature, carbonization time and digest carbonization's pH. Then utilize coordination titration and atomic ab sorption spectrophotometer testing each content of which. The size and morpholog y of the powders have been observed with SEM, high-multiple polarizing/reflectin g microscope and the laser grain size measure. Select the best reaction temperat ure, carbonization time and digest carbonization's pH, thus getting uniformity s uperfine CaCO 3 powders.
