| 摘 要： | HZSM-5型沸石催化剂经 A 或 B 法处理后用于苯与乙醇(95%)烃化制乙苯,其烃化选择性明显提高,且活性稳定。具有较好的再生性、制备重复性、以及二乙苯反烃化性能。BAA-8602催化剂经过22次加速失活再生后进行反应,在520小时的连续反应时间内,各项主要反应性能指标的平均值:苯转化率为17.99%,烃化选择性为95.7%,乙醇转化率大于99%,乙苯选择性为89.06%,液收率大于98%。预测其使用寿命大于11000小时,已具备进一步工业开发的条件。

Alkylation of Benzene with Alcohol to Produce Ethylbenzene over ZSM-5 Zeolite Catalysts |

| Abstract: | HZSM-5 zeolite catalysts after treatment were used for alkylation of benzene with alcohol.The selectivity of the alkylation was increased and the reaction activ-ity was maintained after the treatment.Catalytic properties of BAA-type cataly-sts(ZSM-5 type)were studied.The fresh and regenerated BAA-type catalystspossessed remarkable reactivity,stability and regenerability,and easily reproduc-ible.After continued reaction for 520 hours,the activity and selectivity of cata-lyst BAA-8602 which had been regenerated for 22 times were hardly changed.Onthe average,the conversion of benzene and of alcohol,selectivity of ethylbenzeneand of alkylation and yield of liquid products are 17.99%,99.0%,89.06%,95.7%and 98% respectively.The service life of the catalyst is predicted to be more than11,000 hours. |
