摘    要:本文介绍了定量测定纺织品中残留有机汞的方法。织物样品在0.5M盐酸溶液中酸化,以四氯化碳萃取后再用半胱氨酸溶液反萃取,萃取物于氢氧化钠溶液中,以镉离子为催化剂,用氯化亚锡还原为游离汞原子,再用原子分光光度计进行测定。经试验论证,该方法用于各种纤维织物试样制备无干扰,且快速、精确、操作简便。本方法在有机汞含量0.02~0.70μg范围内,对纺织品最低检出量为0.1μg/g(以取样1g计),方法回收率为92.9%。

Abstract:Quantitative analysis of remained mercury on fabric was introduced. First , the fabric was acidated with 0. 5M HC1, and after extracted with CC14 then extracted again with cysteine. The extractives was reduced to free mercury (Hg) with stannous chloride (SnClz) in sodium hydroxide solution (NaOH) with Cd2 as catalyst. Then atomic absorption spectrometer was employed. The experiment has demonstrated that this method has no disturbance to different fabric and has the advantages such as fast. accurate and easy operation. The detectivity of this method is 0.1 ug/g (fabric weight 1g) with organo-mercury content 0. 02-0. 70/ig, and the recovery of this method is 92.9%
