南山一级水电站高水头厚壁压力钢管安装技术

摘    要:南山一级水电站工程地处广西南山深处,地形复杂、植物茂密。水电站明敷设高水头压力钢管采用壁厚58mm的Q390C低合金钢在中国尚属首次。为了确保安装质量,在压力钢管安装前对钢管母材Q390C低合金钢进行了详细的焊接工艺评定,在安装过程中不断优化改进安装、焊接、水压试验技术方案,保证了压力钢管安装顺利进行。
