摘    要:通过机构典型故障的统计分析展示了机构卡滞与定位可靠性分析的重大意义,阐明了如何从总的分析过渡到具体的卡滞、定位可靠性分析。提出了粘着磨损卡滞、变形过大卡滞等6种类型的机构卡滞可靠性分析方法及错位、运动传输中断等4种类型的机构定位可靠性分析方法。文中附有算例阐明所提出的方法。

Abstract:Based on the statistical analysis of the failure reasons both for aircraft landing gears lowing and raising and for emergency lifesaving devices, it is discovered that the failure modes in fastening position and seizure appear frequently among failure modes for operating mechanism. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the failure modes of fastening position and seizure. Due to the lack of the research of reliability analysis in this field, a variety of methods for mechanism with failure modes of fastening position and seizure are put forward in this paper. The method for connecting the formulation of the fault tree analysis with that of the single mode reliability analysis for mechanism components is also illaustrated.
