摘    要:在分析目前常用无损检测方法的基础上,提出在压力容器服役期中使用涡流检测进行无损探伤的方法。通过有限元方法模拟了含裂纹结构的涡场分布及变化规律。结果表明,使用涡流方法对在役压力容器疲劳裂纹进行检测具有明显优点。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the existing non-destrutive testing method, the vortex testing method was proposed to do the non-destructive detection of defects for pressure vesselsin service.The distribution and the change law of the vortex field with cracking structure were simulated through FEM. The result shows that the vortex testing method had an evident advantage in testing the fatigue cracking of pressure vessels in service.
