一种组合式温度传感器的研究

摘    要:本文提出了一种组合式温度传感器的设计方法。将具有良好线性及稳定性的铂电阻和反应快速、灵敏度高的热敏电阻结合起来,用铂电阻作为测温的基准并不断标定热敏电阻,用热敏电阻测量温度的增量并作线性化处理,从而得到一种兼具了铂电阻传感器和热敏电阻传感器优点的组合式温度传感器。

Abstract:In this paper, we present an idea about combined sensor that makes use of different sensors that have good linearity, sensitivity, stability and dynamic performance respectively. We designed a new combined temperature sensor. In the design process, we use the output of platinum resistance as measurement and calibration standard, and the output of semiconductor resistance for increment measurement, thus we got a better temperature sensor with both the advantages of platinum resistance and semiconductor resistance.
