摘 要: | 透明塑料材料被广泛应用于工农业生产、航空航天及民用安全防护等领域,而当前研究的热点是用于透明塑料基材的防雾剂。本文综述了防雾剂的防雾机理和使用方法,并对表面活性剂型、高分子型、有机-无机杂化型、光催化型超亲水和特殊纳米结构超亲水防雾剂的研究进展进行了阐述。对北京石油化工学院环境材料研究中心实验室研制的复配型防雾剂进行了简要介绍,并展望了其应用前景。

Abstract: | Anti-fogging agents are widely applied in industries, agricultural productions, aerospace, civil security and so on. The anti-fogging agent of transparent plastic has currently been the hot spot on the research. In this paper, the recent developments in these areas, such as preparation, anti-fogging mechanism, applied methods and types of anti-fogging agents including poly glycerin fatty acid ester plastic anti-fogging agents, organic-inorganic hybrid anti-fogging agents, new nano anti-fogging agents, were reviewed. A complex anti-fogging agent developed by laboratory of environment materials re- search center of Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology was introduced and looked to the future of it's application. |
