| 摘 要： | 通过与GB/13662—2008《黄酒》中的酒精度检测方法相比较,研究了近红外酒精分析仪法的准确性和稳定性,并且研究了总糖、浊度和色度对该方法的影响。结果表明,与国标检测方法相比,近红外酒精分析仪法操作简单、快速,并且重复性和准确性都更高。

| Abstract: | By comparison with the alcohol detection methods described in GB/13662--2008 Rice Wine, the accuracy and stability of near infrared Alcolyzer Wine was discussed and the effect of total sugar, turbidity and chromaticity on this method was studied. The results showed that, the near infrared Alcolyzer Wine was simple, rapid with higher repeatability and accuracy, comparing with the national detection method. |
