摘    要:长期以来 ,福建炼油化工有限公司的半再生固定床重整装置由于重整催化剂烧焦时间与全厂大检修不能同步 ,而且催化剂处理时间长达 2 3d ,对全厂的罐容造成一定的压力 ,使汽柴油出厂受到影响。通过优化烧焦方案 ,烧焦与氯化更新两阶段整合 ,改造分子筛干燥流程 ,采用两段烧焦工艺 ,使重整催化剂的处理时间缩短至 13d ,且 2 0 0 3年 10月得以成功应用和验证 ,效果明显

Abstract:For a long term, the coke burning time of the reforming catalyst in the semi-regeneration fixed bed reforming plant of Fujian Refining Chemical Co., Ltd. could not keep step with the overhaul, and the catalyst treatment period was as long as 23 days, but the company's tank volume was limited, which affected the ex working of gasoline and diesel oil. By optimizing coke burning scheme, integrating coke burning and chlorination replacement, revamping molecular sieve drying process and using two section coke burning process ,the treatment period of reforming catalyst was shortened to 13 days. This scheme and technology was successfully applied and verified in October, 2003, with obvious results.
