| 摘 要： | 介绍液体样品硬X射线吸收光谱(XAS)测量的样品池装置,其密封性好,易于拆洗,能用于水、有机溶剂等溶媒中的XAS测量.该装置具有可拓展性,通过与温度控制装置组合,可进行温度依赖的XAS测量；还可通过输液泵与液相装置联合(如纳米粒子的液相制备装置或催化反应装置),进行实时XAS测量.

| Abstract: | In this paper,a new liquid sample device for XAS measurement is reported.It is well sealed and can be conveniently disassembled,cleaned and re-assembled,facilitating XAS measurements of various kinds of aqueous solution and organic solvent samples.A temperature control device can be added to the sample cell for temperature-dependent XAS measurement.With a pump connecting to nanoparticle liquid synthesis or catalysis reaction systems,real time XAS measurement can be performed with the new device. |
