| 摘 要： | 以宜兴老城风貌保护概念规划为例。分析了高速城市化背景下非历史文化名城历史风貌保护的现状和存在的问题，提出了如何整合现有的历史文化资源，如何挖掘城市的历史文化内涵的问题，并初步建构了老城风貌保护与发展的概念性的方法和途径。
