| 摘 要： | 为保证学校教育教学适应企业的需要,增强学生就业能力,提高学生在就业市场的竞争力,汇总近几年来动力类专业毕业生择业状况, 总结适合毕业生就业需求的教育教学改革措施和实施效果,进一步提出适应当前市场需求的教育教学改革方案和建议,以期对以后教学及就业工作有一定的借鉴作用.

| Abstract: | School education must follow market needs,increase the employment ability of the students, raise their competitive power. The paper introduces graduation employment of power engineering recently, summarizes steps and results of graduation employment transformations, puts forward proposals for graduation employment. These proposals and suggests will be of help for teaching and getting jobs. |
