基于ANSYS数控车床床身有限元结构分析

摘    要:床身是车床的重要基础件,它的动态特性和静态特性直接影响车床的加工精度及精度稳定性。以CK6136型数控车床为研究对象,采用Pro/Ewildfire 3.0建立床身的实体模型,借助大型有限元软件ANSYS对其进行静力分析与模态分析。静力分析结果表明该机床的结构设计过于保守,3个方向的刚度分布不均匀;模态分析结果表明床身的上面及床身后侧面的局部刚度比较薄弱。根据有限元分析结果,对CK6136型数控车床的床身结构进行优化,确定合理的床身结构,为CNC数控车床设计与制造提供理论依据。

Abstract:The lathe-bed is a key basic part of lathe. Its dynamic and static characteristics influence on working accuracy and stability of lathe directly. The solid model of CNC lathe-bed of CK6136 type is modeled by Pro/E Wildfire3.0. The static and modal analyses are made by ANSYS10. 0. The results show that the structure of lathe is unreasonable, rigidity is anisotropy, and local positions of lathe are weak. Based on the results of finite element analysis, the structure of CNC lathe is optimized, and a reasonable structure is made. All studies provide theoretical basis for design and manufacture of CNC lathe.
