| 摘 要： | 甘肃刘化（集团）有限责任公司为日产600t合成氨TanDem天然气换热转化装置配套建设的气体净化装置，在开车运行过程中出现了CO2再生塔跑填料、锅炉水预热器泄漏、甲烷化换热器换热效率下降等问题，通过改造和检修，解决了存在的问题，使净化装置达到了长周期运行。

| Abstract: | Gansu Liuhua Group Co., Ltd built the gas purification system for TanDem heat exchange reformer in 600 t/d ammonia plant. But its behaviour was not good due to some problems occurred in start-up and ope- ration such as packs loss of CO2 stripper, leakage of boiler water pre-heater, heat exchange efficiency reducing etc. Through revamping and repairing, the problems were solved, the running span was prolonged. |
