电路板故障诊断系统接口连接组件的设计

随着大规模及超大规模集成电路的研制与生产,自动测试技术也显得越来越重要。为解决众多雷达电路板共用一套测试系统,接口连接组件的设计成为自动测试系统的关键部分之一。通过分析众多雷达电路板故障诊断要求,以某雷达电路板故障诊断系统为依据,介绍了一种接口连接组件的设计方法。实验表明,设计的接口连接组件操作简单﹑适应性强,符合自动测试发展要求,具有很强的实用性。

Design of Interface Connect Adapter for Circuit Board Diagnosis System

Along with the large-scale IC design and manufacture,automated testing becomes more and more important.Since multiple Radar circuit boards share the same testing system,the design of Interface Connect Adapter（ICA）became one of the key components in the automated testing system.It introduces a design methodology for ICA by analyzing the diagnosis requirements for multiple Radar circuit boards and taking one Radar circuit board diagnosis system as example.The experimental result shows that the ICA which designed using the method is easy to operate and adaptive.And the method is highly applicable and satisfies the requirements of the future development of automated testing.
