摘    要:早餐摄入量及早餐食物的种类对人体健康具有很大的影响。近年来有关中小学生及大学生的早餐食用情况调查结果表明,不食用早餐的人越来越多,其主要原因是没有时间或觉得准备、食用早餐太麻烦。食用早餐的人群中大部分人的早餐食物单一、营养不全面,不能满足身体健康的需要。目前,市场上可选择的方便早餐食物很多,但都有不足之处,主要问题是不能提供人体早餐所需的能量和营养。因此,研究营养健康、方便快捷、美味多样的早餐食品是将来的发展方向,也是社会发展的必然要求。

Abstract:What and how much to eat for breakfast significantly contribute to good health.The investigation carried out in recent years on breakfast situation of primary,secondary and college schools students showed that more and more students skipped breakfast and the reasons were that they mostly didn' t have enough time in the morning for breakfast or that they thought it was so inconvenient to prepare breakfast.Most people ate breakfast with single food that was not comprehensive for nutrients.Presently,more convenient breakfast foods appeared in the market for consumers to choose from but most of them didn' t supply enough energy and nutrients.Therefore,healthier,more convenient,more various and delicious breakfast needed to be explored for the benefit of people health.
