马齿苋中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺

摘    要:采用乙醇溶剂浸提 ,结合超声波辅助提取马齿苋中黄酮类化合物。通过对乙醇提取剂浓度、提取温度、提取时间和料液比进行L9(3 4)正交选择试验 ,得出最佳提取条件为 :乙醇体积分数60 % ,温度 60℃ ,时间 3 0min ,料液比 (g∶mL) 1∶40 ,提取 3次。

Abstract:The extraction technology of flavonoids antioxidants in Protulaca Oleracea L was studied in this paper. Ethanol was used as extracting alcohol, together with the treatment of supersonic wave during extraction. According to a L 9(34) orthogonal experiment, the optimal condition of extraction was obtained as follows: 60% alcohol as solvent, solid/liquid ratio being 1:40, supersonic wave treatment of 30 min at 60℃, and the extraction being repeated for three times.
