Examination of dyes on fibers from scenes of criminal cases and its application

With regard to the physical evidences found on various scenes of criminal cases,including the colored fibers and textile pieces,the dyes on the fibers,besides the fiber kinds and blending ratios,must also be certificated to confirm whether they are identical to the control samples.The analysis of the dyes on fibers has always been one of the important research projects in the forensic science field.The dyes on the textile fibers from the case scenes can play the role in the case detections and serve the base courses' investigations only when the classification of the scene dyes,the kinds of the dyes on the fibers,and the extraction and examination of the dyes on the fibers are fully known and mastered.
