碳酸丙烯酯和甲醇酯交换制备DMC的研究

摘    要:研究了碳酸丙烯酯和甲醇经酯交换制备碳酸二甲酯的催化剂及反应工艺条件。结果表明,无机碱对酯交换反应具有较好的催化活性,且其活性与碱性有一定的对应关系。其中甲醇钠、氢氧化钠和碳酸钠等物种活性较高。酯交换反应的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度333~353K;反应时间1h;催化剂含量1.0%~2.5%;m(酯)/m(醇)=1/5。

Abstract:The catalysts and reaction conditions have been studied for esterinterenange between propenyl carbonate and methanol to produce dimethyl carbonate (DMC).The results indicate that inorganic bases are suitable catalysts for the esterinterchange.Some strong bases, such as sodium hydroxide, sodium methoxide, and sodium carbonate, show high catalytic activities.The optimal reaction conditions for this process are as follows:temperature, 333 353 K; reaction time, 1h; catalyst content, 1.0~2.5%;the ratio or ester to methanol, 1/5.
