| 摘 要： | 随着国际贸易的发展，新的交易特点不断出现，传统的作为主要支付方式的信用证交易受到挑战，而商业信用交易方式的使用日趋增多。但是使用商业信用对出口商而言风险较大，因此需将风险转稼，出口信用保险及国际保理即可为出口商解决这一问题。

| Abstract: | New characteristics continuously appear in the development of international trade. the letter of credit which is a traditionally main payment way is challenged. The application of commercial credit becomes more popular. But it is so risky to exporter that internationl factoring and credit insurance is necessary to transfer the risk. The exporters of our conntry should learn the new business in order to keep pace with the new development of trade. |
