光栅位移传感器细分技术的新方法

摘    要:针对光栅传感器现有的细分和判向方法的不足,提出了采用逻辑运算和逻辑电路转换完成光栅位移传感器判向和细分的新方法.采用TTL电平实现传感器信号的传输和变换,以利于与计算机及各级电路之间的直接通讯。

Abstract:Directing against the disadvantage of the existing subdivision and sensefinding way of the optical grating transducer.the paper puts forward the new subdivision and sense-finding way that adopts logical operation, logical circuits and logical conversion.Using TTL electrical level realizes the transmission and conversion of the transducer signals,so that the direct communication with the computer and between the circuits may become easy.
