摘    要:合成了2种消醛剂:乙撑基脲和小分子量的酰氨基取代肼封端的水溶性聚氨酯(酰氨基取代肼),研究它们和甲醛的反应活性及对脲醛树脂胶的实际消醛效果,这2种消醛剂都具有很高的消醛率,乙撑基脲适于做内加和外喷涂型消醛剂,氨基取代肼适于同时做消醛和改性剂使用。

Abstract:In this paper two formaldehyde scavengers are synthesized .The first is ethyleneurea and the second is amido-hydrazine with small molecular weight (water-soluble polyurethane).Their reactivity with formaldehyde and de-formaldehyde efficiency for amino-resin are researched. All the two formaldehyde scavengers have good de-formaldehyde efficiency. Ethylene is suitable for inside-added and outside-sprinkled formaldehyde scavenger; amido-hydrazine is suitable for formaldehyde scavenger and modifier simultaneously.
