钨合金长杆体垂直侵彻半无限厚钢靶的非相似材料模拟

摘    要:从长杆体侵彻半无限钢靶的简化力学模型出发,根据影响侵彻宏观效果的主要物理参量,获得了侵彻效果非相似材料模拟的相似律.模拟分析和模型、原型的实验证明,在几何相似的条件下H62黄铜杆侵彻LY12半无限厚铝靶在侵彻深度方面与93W钨杆侵彻38CrMoAlA钢靶是相似的.

Abstract:In this paper, based upon the simplified mechanical model of long rod in penetration semi infinite targets and main physical parameters which influence the macrographic effect of penetration, we obtained scaling law for dissimilar material structure in penetration effect. Analysis of modelling and experiment of model and prototype corroborated that the depths of penetration of copper rod (H62) penetrating in semi infinite aluminium targets (LY12) is similar to tungsten alloy rod (93W) penetrating in steel targets (38 CrMoAl A), if they are similar in geometry.
