| Abstract: | It studies the construction project cost plan under engineering bill of quantities from aspects of the significance, principles and main methods of the cost planning, and solves convergence problem of cost planning management from fixed cost plan to planning BOM model. As a matter of fact, it contributes the project cost management, and lays a firm foundation for creating good economic benefits. |
