| 摘 要： | 结合某光学洁净厂房的工程实例，从系统结构设计、功能实现、设备选型等几个方面来分析集散型自控系统在洁净厂房中的应用，并探讨通过自控技术达到节能的方法。该系统已投入运行多年，效果良好。
