| 摘 要： | 利用水性环氧树酯为成膜树脂,添加滑石粉、氧化铁、钛白粉和自乳化型固化剂等,研制出一种双组分常温固化涂料。通过L9(43)正交试验和极差分析得出优化配方。该配方对应的涂层具有优异的耐冲击性、柔韧性,附着力可达1级,硬度可达3 H,磨耗量为0.023 g(JM-Ⅳ转2 500圈)。该体系VOC含量低,无毒,具有优异的防腐蚀性能及良好的应用价值。

| Abstract: | A kind of two-component room-temperature curable fluorocarbon coating with good wear-resistant performance was developed using waterborne epoxy resin coating as the basic component,filled with ferric oxide,talcum powder,titanium and self-emulsifier as the curing agents.Based on L9(43) orthogonal design,the formula was optimized.The best comprehensive properties of the coating showed that the abrasion value was 0.023 g(JW-IV,2500 r),the hardness was 3H and toughness of the coating was 1 mm,and the adhesion rank was 1.The waterborne coating contains few VOC and has excellent corrosion resistance. |
