| 摘 要： | 通过多年的"集成电路CAD"和"集成电路综合课程设计"的教学基础上将两门课程进行有机结合的教学实践,笔者分别对"集成电路CAD"的授课定位和教学内容改革作了介绍,提出了课堂讲学和课外研学相结合的教学模式.我们在课堂中主要讲授理论知识,将上机实验安排在课外.学生可以自主选择内容并完成研学报告.在"集成电路课程设计"中,采用以实际案例的逆向剖析和正向设计相结合的实践环节改革.通过两门课程的教改实践,学生能在IC设计理论和实践结合的能力上得到提高.
