| 摘 要： | 以某县土地利用变更统计表为数据源,建立了土地利用及其预测的Markov模型。首先应用Markov链理论,讨论了该模型的遍历性和平稳分布,得到了该县土地利用的规律。预测结果表明:该县正面临耕地保护和城镇化建设用地需求的难题,各级土地管理部门应该对城镇建设用地做出科学合理的规

| Abstract: | On the basis of the land-use transition tables in one ABC county,the Markov model is established.The theory of Markov chain is used to analyze the model's character of ergodic and limiting distribution and then to get some laws of the land-use in this county.The prediction shows that this county is facing the problem of plow-land protection and the demand of land in urban construction.The departments of land-use administer should to make scientific and reasonable layout for the demand of land in urban construction to avoid plow-land waster. |
