商务车用超长贮气筒涂装工艺设计及应用

摘    要:介绍了设计的专用超长贮气筒——DK7000贮气筒。在充分利用现有贮气筒粉末涂装生产线的资源,满足DK7000贮气筒和现有品种贮气筒涂装生产及质量要求的条件下,通过对DK7000贮气筒的涂装工艺流程优化设计,采用横向装挂、贮气筒内壁横向喷涂和倒挂的工艺流程,有效解决了涂装生产中存在的问题,使DK7000贮气筒顺利投入生产。

Abstract:The designed ultra-long airtank (DK7000) was introduced. In order to make the best of the existing coating production conditions and satisfied with the painting production and quality requirements for DKT000 airtank and all other varieties. The existent problems of coating production was effectively solved by optimized design of the coating technology process of DK7000 airtank, horizontal hanging, horizontal spray and inversion technology were applied, so that DK7000 airtank were producted very well.
