摘    要:为研究水产品中结晶紫及其衍生物隐色结晶紫的高效液相色谱检测方法,采用Kromasil C18色谱柱,二氧化铅∶硅藻土(1∶1)柱后氧化柱,以乙腈∶乙酸铵缓冲溶液(v/v,90∶10,pH 4.5)为流动相,并用紫外可变波长检测器进行检测和分析。测得结晶紫和隐色结晶紫的加标回收率分别为89.1%和88.3%,相对标准偏差分别为4.2%和4.9%。检测灵敏度为2μg/kg。该方法可用于水产品中结晶紫和隐色结晶紫的检测。

Abstract:A HPLC method was developed to detect the remnant crystal violet and its ramifications in aquatic products.Kromasil C18 analysis column was used for chromatographic separation,which was followed by an oxidation column consisting of PbO_2 and Celite(1∶1) to oxidize leucocrystal violet back to crystal violet.The optimal mobile phase was acetonitrile : ammonium acetate buffer(v/v,90∶10,pH=4.5).And the ultraviolet method was applied for detection.The recoveries of crystal violet and leucocrystal violet are 89.1% and 88.3%,respectively,with the RSD of 4.2% and 4.9%,respectively.The sensitivity was 2 μg/kg.This method can be used to analyze the remnant crystal violet and its metabolites in aquatic products.
