| Abstract: | Teaching culture is considered important by most teachers, but it has remained insubstantial and sporadic in most college English classes, especially the ones for the students who major in science and technology. Several reasons for this, including lack of time, uncertainty about which aspects of culture to teach, and lack of practical techniques, are given. Some practical techniques to be successful in teaching culture in college English class are presented. |
