姜黄素及其还原改性产物光谱性质研究

摘    要:以硼氢化钠、乙醇还原体系,改性了姜黄素.研究了姜黄素及改性姜黄素的紫外可见吸收特性及与硝酸亚铈-胶原蛋白作用的荧光性质.结果表明:改性姜黄素比姜黄素有更好的紫外吸收性能,姜黄素对硝酸亚铈-胶原蛋白有荧光猝灭作用,而改性姜黄素对硝酸亚铈-胶原蛋白确有一定的荧光增强作用.姜黄素与硝酸亚铈-胶原蛋白体系之间的作用力主要表现为静电引力,改性姜黄素与硝酸亚铈-胶原蛋白之间的作用力主要表现为疏水作用力.

Abstract:Curcumine was reduced by sodium borohydride in ethanol solution and its UV-Vis spectrum was studied by spectrophotometer.The interactions between curcumine and its modified product and cerous nitrate-collagen protein were investigated by fluorescence spectra.The results show modified curcumine has better ultraviolet absorption property than curcumine.The interaction between curcumine and cerous nitrate-collagen protein is fluorescence quenching,however,the interaction between modified curcumine and cerous n...
