花生壳提取物主要成分分析及其在卷烟中的应用

摘    要:为了开发新型烟用香原料,采用超声波法制备花生壳提取物,紫外分光光度法测定其中总黄酮含量,气相色谱质谱联用(GC/MS)分析提取物及其裂解产物中的挥发性和半挥发性成分,并将该提取物应用于卷烟。结果表明:(1)花生壳提取物的最佳提取工艺条件为溶剂70%乙醇,物料比为1:10,温度为60℃,超声提取20 min,该条件下,提取物得率为15%;(2)花生壳提取物中总黄酮含量为8.62 mg/mL,提取物中挥发性和半挥发性致香成分主要是呋喃类、杂环类、酮类化合物;(3)提取物裂解产物中含有呋喃类、酮类等增香成分,没有产生Hoffman名单中成分,表明裂解产物是安全的;(4)花生壳提取物应用于卷烟,具有柔和烟气、改善余味的作用。

Abstract:The application of peanut shell extraction in tobacco has been studied. The extraction was obtained by ultrasonic wave method,while the content of total flavones in the extraction was detected by UV-VIS speetropbotometry. The volatile and semi-volatile compounds in extraction and its pyrolytic products were analysed by GC/MS technique. The results suggest that Ⅰ. the peanut shell extracting yield was 15% after extracting by condition of 10 times of 700/00 ethanol,60℃, 20 min; Ⅱ. the volatile and semi-volatile compounds in extraction mainly were heterocyclic compounds and ketones which benefit for the taste of cigarette,while total flavones in the extraction are 8.62 mg/mL; Ⅲ. the enhancing aroma compound of frans and ketones were also found in the pyrolytic products,which was safety in toxicology; Ⅳ. the peanut shell extraction could tone down the smoke and improve taste of cigarette as flavor.
