奥氏体化温度对25Mn2V钢形变强化影响的研究

摘    要:介绍了25Mn2V钢形变强化的试验结果。研究了不同奥氏体化淬火温度对材料的组织与性能的影响,通过显微组织与断口的观察分析和内耗测量,认为形变时效初期的碳原子偏聚是引起碳化的主要原因,在一定温度范围内,提高低碳合金钢淬火加热温度有利于强度和塑性的增加并可改善焊接件焊缝组织和性能,防止脆断。

Abstract:The influence of various austenitizing temperatures on the structure and property of steel is introduced from the result of deformation-hardening experiment of steel 25Mn2V. Through SEM observing its microstructure and fractute and measuring its inner loss conclusion is reached that the main reason of deformation hardening is carbon atoms segregation at the initial stage of strain aging. The rise in quenching temperature within certain range will increase the strength and ductility of low carbon alloy steel and improve the weldiag seam's structure and property of welding parts to prevent breaking.
