摘    要:在低温(80℃)回流条件下制备1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚化学修饰的TiO2光催化剂。以偶氮染料刚果红溶液为降解体系,以太阳光为光源,探讨其光催化性能。结果证明:在太阳光照射下,1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚化学修饰的TiO2作为光催化剂,降解时间为5小时,刚果红的降解能达到70%以上。光催化制备过程中1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚、水量、pH值及温度对催化剂的光催化性能均有影响;该催化剂经过5次重复使用光催化效果仍保持较高。1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚化学修饰二氧化钛可以成功地实现了可见光下对有机污染物的光降解。

Abstract:A visible light TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by a surface chemical modification process with 1-(2-Pyridylazo)-2-Naphthol(PAN) at low temperature 80℃.Using the congo red as the model pollutant for dye wastewater,the decolorization efficiency and effects of the photocatalyst were studied.Results showed that the decolorization rate of congo red solution was more than 70% after 5h treatment.During the preparation of the TiO2 photo catalyst,the quantity of the PAN and water,the pH value and the temperature were very important,and the TiO2-PAN remained high catalytic activity after being reused and regenerated for 5 times.TiO2 modified with PAN can be used to achieve the photocatalytic degradation of coexiting organics under visible light irradiation.
