通用串口到CAN总线接口转换的设计

摘    要:结合CAN总线以及RS-485和RS-232的特点,进行了通用串口到CAN总线接口转换的设计.在分析模块主要技术性能及比较多种控制器的基础上,确定了总体结构,并设计了以P87C591为主控芯片的硬件电路.通过对内置CAN控制器的CPU工作方式的设置,控制工作状态,结合软件设计,进行数据收发,实现通用串口与CAN总线接口通信的目的.

Abstract:Combined with the feature of RS- 485, RS-232 and CANbus, the design of common serial interface to CANbus interface converter was described. On basis of the analysis of the technical performance and comparison of controllers, the main structure was decided and the hardware circuitry based on P87C591 was designed. By setting up working mode of the CPU built-in CAN-controller, controlling working state, and combining with software design, then data receiving and sending were realized, which meet the need of communication from common serial interface to CANbus interface.
