接枝型自交联丙烯酸阴极电泳涂料树脂的制备

摘    要:合成阳离子型丙烯酸羟基树脂,自制半封闭异氰酸酯固化剂的基础上,通过半封闭固化剂留有的—NCO基团与丙烯酸树枝上羟基的反应,将半封闭固化剂接枝到丙烯酸树脂上,制备了性能良好的单组分接枝型自交联丙烯酸阴极电泳涂料树脂,讨论了封闭剂种类、封闭度、封闭反应温度、接枝反应温度等的影响。

Abstract:An anionic acrylic polyol resin and a semi-blocked isocyanate hardener have been prepared.The remained NCO group on the semi-blocked isocyanate is reacted with the hydroxyl on acrylic polyol to form a good performance 1K grafting self-crosslinkable resin for cathodic electrodeposition paint.The influence of varieties of blocking agents,degree of blocking,blocking temperature and grafting reaction temperature are discussed.
