摘    要:采用差示扫描量热计(DSC-7)研究Zr(65)Al(7.5)Cu(15)Co(2.5)非晶合金的玻璃转变和晶化。通过测定不同加热速度(最大与最小加热速度差2500倍)时的玻璃转变温度和结晶温度,给出了非晶合金的连续加热转变图和临界冷却速度,并根据Kissinger方法计算了玻璃转变和晶化的转变激活能。

Abstract:The glass transition and the crystallization of Zr(65)Al(7.5)Ni(10) Cu(15)Co(2.5) amorphous alloys are studied by Differential Scanning Calirimeter (DSC-7). Through determining the glass transition temperatures and the crystallization temperatures with different heating rates (which has a difference of 2500 times), the continuous heating transition diagram and the critical cooling rate are present. The transition activation energy of glass to undercooled liquid and the glass (undercooled liquid) to crystals are calculated by Kissinger method.
