中国乳业是否会重蹈网络泡沫

<正> 近年来,国内掀起了一场乳业的并购狂潮,大有“得奶源者得天下,得大城市者得天下”的势头。光明乳业和伊利股份两家首先通过资本扩张,以求发展。此外,蒙牛、三鹿、三元也都摩拳擦掌。由于乳品行业良好的发展预期,吸引来越来越多的上市公司,如新希望、维维股份、亚华种业、金健米业、洞庭水殖、华资实业、新华百货等纷纷投资乳业。 最近,新希望把云南蝶泉收归旗下,算是给2002年中国乳业大战暂时打个逗号,但是面临这样的投资热潮,我们应该审慎观察,中国乳业是否面临泡沫经济。

Shadow of Foam Economy

A storm of swallow swept across the China dairy industry as large enterprises want to compete for market by capital expanding. Many small enterprises were swallowed up and the competition became fierce. In stock market, dairy industry has absorbed a large quantity funds because of good expect. However, on the back of the situation we should know the space of market, after all the consumption is limited. Compared with foreign large enterprises, lots of problems exist, such as dispersed milk source, backward management, and low-level technology. On the shadow of foam economy's hard lessons, we should keep clean mind.
