| Abstract: | This paper first deals with the necessity of coordinating the relation between college students and teachers which helps to construct a harmonious campus.Then it gives reasons to the phenomenons that the relation between college students and teachers becomes weak and even there exists conflicts between them.Finally some suggestions are given in order to promote the construction of a harmonious campus. |
